Job dating in partnership with the Arinfo school and Pôle Emploi

This year 2022 is a year of change for Symalean. Indeed, our development leads us to increase our human resources. Our objective is to develop our R&D (Research and Development) pole in order to adapt our application to the needs of our customers according to the regulatory and normative changes .

To do this, Adeline Couture, Service Center Manager, initiated the organization of our Job Dating in partnership with the school Arinfo school in La Roche sur Yon and Pôle Emploi.

Our main objective is to recruit several web developers. That's why we have partnered with Pôle Emploi so that they can send us applications from people looking for work.

After having received several applications from Pôle Emploi, we will carry out our job dating evening in our premises in Aizenay, on November 24, 2022.

And it doesn't stop there, the selected candidates will then have the chance to come and spend a week of immersion at Symalean. This will be an opportunity for them to get to know our team, our business and our organization.

Finally, before joining the team, we offer them a 400-hour training course, financed by Pôle Emploi, at the ARINFO school.

This action allows us to promote local employment, to support our growing evolution and to offer an optimal recruitment experience to our future employees.
