What is Qualiopi?
Qualiopi is the name given to the National Quality Reference (RNQ). It originates from the law of 5 September 2018.
This decree will serve as a working basis for vocational training actors to set up their quality approach. Thanks to this quality approach, they will be able to aim for the Qualiopi certification initially required on 1 January 2021 to benefit from vocational training funds.
The company must meet the requirements of 7 main criteria to obtain certification.
What changes have been made?
Decree no. 2020-894 of 22 July 2020 has just been published and the order of 24 July 2020 amending the orders of 6 June 2019 has been issued
- Confirmation of the extension of the deadline to 1 January 2022
- Any organisation certified before 1 January 2021 will hold a QUALIOPI certificate for a period of 4 years.
Consequently, the surveillance audit will have to be positioned between the 14th and 28th month. - The initial audit carried out before 1 January 2021 may be performed remotely. In this case, the surveillance audit will have to be carried out on site
The certification is therefore valid for 4 years instead of 3 years if you are certified before 1 January 2021.
